Girls Varsity Golf won first place at districts at Jersey Meadow Golf Course on March 30 and 31. Both the Cy Ranch girls golf team and Bridgeland girls golf team finished with overall two-day team scores of 694 and had to play a 1 hole playoff.  This hasn’t happened in Girl’s Golf in over 15 years in CFISD. All spectators went back out to the hole and the 5 players from each team re-played the hole.  Bridgeland finished 1 stroke better than Cy Ranch and was declared District Champions.  The 5 person team was Jasmine Do, Scarlett Aguilar, Mackenzie Brown, Trinity Snow and Parker Morgan.  They will travel to Waco to compete in Regionals on April 20 and 21.

The top 10 players in Districts qualified for the First Team All-District Award-

Jasmine Do finished first place overall

Mackenzie Brown finished 4th place overall

Scarlett Aguilar finished 5th place overall

All 3 girls made First Team All-District.
